At I V Wellbeing and Beauty, we aim to provide transformative experiences with care and integrity. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve designed this refund policy to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both your time and ours.

📅 Appointments & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling.

💳 Refunds for Services

  • Refunds for completed services are not typically offered unless there is a clear issue with the service provided.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss a resolution.

  • We may offer partial refunds, credit, or a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.

🎁 Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient with written consent.

  • Prepaid packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. After that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

🛍️ Products

  • Unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

  • Opened or used products cannot be refunded unless faulty.
